Q
On the turn I set KIRA-MAID GO!
, my opponent used an enchant card with an attack + effect. My opponent was the priority player so their effects were resolved first, then KIRA-MAID GO!
's effect meant their enchant card's power cost was no longer met.
Does my opponent's attack + effect take effect?
A
Yes, it does.
An effect takes effect if its power cost is met when it's resolved. However, if after KIRA-MAID GO!
's effect is resolved the power cost of the character card in your opponent's battle zone is no longer met, your opponent can't attack, and the attack + effect doesn't take effect either.
