set, if effects at the end of the turn bring my opponent's HP to 30 or less, or recover it to 40 or more, how is UNIGIRI-KORORIN's end condition resolved?

As a rule, end of turn effects are also resolved in order starting with the priority player's effects, based on where the Chronos medal is at that point.
If you have several effects that take effect at the end of the turn, you can resolve them in any order.
How UNIGIRI-KORORIN's end condition is resolved depends on the effects each player can use and the order they're resolved in.
